The focus is on local ingredients, ecology and sustainability. The beef comes from i.a. Ørsholt Gods, fish is delivered fresh every morning and the beer selection comes from the backyard of Carlsberg.
Head chef, Frederik Buch Fransson, has Michelin experience from Copenhagen and Paris. His everyday dishes look amazing and taste heavenly. Indulge your senses and eat ceviche of hamachi, homemade pasta or tender meat with sauce gastrique and a chocolate symphony for dessert.
