Plant-based concept with green stars

Beyla Bar & Eatery's two sister restaurants Bistro Lupa and Restaurant ARK have both been awarded the Michelin guide's green star. A star that is only given to restaurants that particularly embrace sustainability. 

The successful man behind, Jason Renwick, is introducing the city to the expansive and diverse universe of a plant-based cuisine with his restaurant concept, The Ark Collection.

 

Best Vegan in town

Have a meat-free food day and try a burgeoning, vegan cuisine with beautiful dishes and surprisingly delicious flavors. The restaurant was previously known under the name Souls, but has marked their growth and quality-conscious kitchen development with a new and mythological name, Beyla.

Beyla refers to the goddess of bees and fertility, who has a strong connection to the earth. Beyla offers honest, green food with local ingredients from the owner's own production: Funga Farm.

Taste the Michelin chef, Brett Lavender's plant-based quality cuisine with self-picked herbs, fermented vegetables, beans and fruit.

Beyla has previously been named 'City's Best Vegan' by AOK, and ranks among the best restaurants in Copenhagen.
