Plant-based concept with green stars
Beyla Bar & Eatery's two sister restaurants Bistro Lupa and Restaurant ARK have both been awarded the Michelin guide's green star. A star that is only given to restaurants that particularly embrace sustainability.
The successful man behind, Jason Renwick, is introducing the city to the expansive and diverse universe of a plant-based cuisine with his restaurant concept, The Ark Collection.

Beyla refers to the goddess of bees and fertility, who has a strong connection to the earth. Beyla offers honest, green food with local ingredients from the owner's own production: Funga Farm.
