The share-friendly dishes of the South
Bjørn & Delfino is the perfect meeting place for families and friends who want to share a good, home-cooked and tasty meal. Here, the menus are tailored to be shared at the table, inspired by the southern European dining traditions.
With the pizza master, Gorm Wisweh, at the helm, plans are being made for Italian food experiences. Although Gorm is known for its pizzas, the sourdough base is not on the menu at Bjørn & Delfino. Here, the diverse cuisines of the Mediterranean are the basis of the menu.
Mediterranean taste and quality ingredients
With an Italian chef and head chef from former Søllerød Kro, there's great creativity and experience in the kitchen. With inspiration from the Mediterranean countries the team likes to reinterpret and dedicate themselves to the season's fresh, locally produced ingredients. Here is freshly caught fish, meat from Danish Grambogård and dairy products from Øllingegaard.
Eat e.g. ceviche, arancini and tartar, airy foccacia, homemade pasta dishes or seasonal fish with vegetables. A European wine list is offered to accompany the food, which can broaden your horizons.
Indoor coziness and waterside idyll
The name, Bjørn & Delfino, reflects both north and south in the kitchen style, but also the atmosphere in the surroundings.
In winter, when the city is shrouded in cold, you can take shelter like the bear inside the restaurant's cozy setting with dimmed lighting, candles and a color palette of warm shades.
In the summer, the terrace with a view of Sydhavnen's water quay is opened up to fresh wind and sun.
