At the head of Bjørn & Delfino is Sebastian Randrup – cookbook author and former TV2 chef. Sebastian is passionate about tasty comfort food, which makes Bjørn & Delfino the perfect meeting place for families and friends who want to share innovative, well-composed and tasty shared dishes in the coziest surroundings.
Here, the menus are tailored to be shared at the table, inspired by the southern European dining traditions.
Indoor coziness and waterside idyll
The name, Bjørn & Delfino, reflects both north and south in the kitchen style, but also the atmosphere in the surroundings.
In the winter, when the city is enveloped by cold, you can take shelter like the "bear" inside the restaurant's cozy setting with dimmed lighting, candles and a color palette in warm shades, while in summer the restaurant is transformed into a "playful dolphin". The doors open to fresh wind and sun on the covered terrace with a view of Sydhavnen's water quay.
