An excellence team
Behind Bottega Estadio 1912 stands a crowd of experts. The owners have extensive experience from stays around the world, and have created restaurants that are inviting and exclusive in terms of both the taste palette, wine list, service and atmosphere.
Latin America meets the Nordics in taste
Their menu is based on Mediterranean cuisine, embraces flavors from Latin America and combines the warm, spicy notes with the refined flavors of the cold Nordic climate and Danish ingredients.
At the head of the culinary experiences are a couple of young, Argentinian chefs who bring experience from both Buenos Aires, France and Italy to the Estadio.
Local herbs and vegetables from Søtoftegaard and Birkemosegaard are highly valued in addition to freshly caught fish and shellfish from Fiskerikajen.
The menu offers everything from Latin American empanadas and tostadas to well-fried dishes from the grill, ceviche and seafood dishes.
4 stars and Østerbro Stadium in the backyard
There is a view of Østerbro Stadium, cobbled cozy corners outside and inside, the style is rustic, but warm, inviting and has good finds that bring the south and informal coziness to Østerbro.
Søren Frank from Berlingske has previously stated: "The summer's hottest gastronomic hangout", and has given Estadio 4 stars.
