Argentine-born Gabriel Spatz and his Spanish chef team do away with the mainstream tapas menu and instead serve regional dishes that awaken the senses.
Gabriel runs the mother restaurant, El Tapeo de Cervantes, in Malaga with great success and has brought the Andalusian delights to the city. At Vesterbro well-fried seafood and tasty, grilled meat are served in share-friendly portion sizes with good full-bodied red wines.
