Restaurant Hummer is located in the "quiet" end of cozy maritime Nyhavn, in the middle of Copenhagen. With a beautiful view of the inner harbour, the scene is set for a meal out of the ordinary.

Experience and passion
Behind Restaurant Hummer is the experienced team Ronni Mikkelsen and Thomas Haldrup. Ronni Mikkelsen has previously been sous chef at Sletten and Nimb, while Thomas Haldrup has been sous chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Kong Hans.
Together, they also run the Michelin-recommended Restaurant Koefoed and Bistro Summér in Nyhavn, which reflects their shared passion for quality and culinary experiences.
