They focus on quality ingredients from the sea and land, sourced from local producers. In addition, they import specialty ingredients from countries such as Italy and draw gastronomic inspiration from the countries surrounding the Mediterranean.

At restaurant LUN, you can enjoy delicious seafood such as monkfish with shellfish blanquette, various mussels, lobsters, platters with a selection of oysters, or the catch of the day with romesco and salsa. From the land, they serve poultry, lamb, and beef, as well as plenty of delicious green side dishes.

Bar manager Zak shakes cocktails for every occasion and likes to play with seasonal Sicilian oranges and other ingredients for a special cocktail.
