On three floors, in a central location in Aarhus, you will find Nomelle. With head chef Rasmus Surland at the helm, who contributes extensive experience from renowned restaurants such as Gastromé and Atrium, Nomelle challenges the traditional approach and raises the level of food experiences in the city.

The servings turn towards the Asian, but touch on the French, start with the modern Danish and are based on a fundamentally well-balanced approach and, not least, precision in the preparations.”
Bistro and bar under the same roof
At Nomelle, you don't need to move on once the dessert has been consumed. After 22.00 the place is transformed into a cocktail bar, where the details of the drink menu are discussed.

Nomelle uses local and fresh ingredients from producers who share the restaurant's values of sustainability, animal welfare and ecology.
This is reflected in the entire menu – from the meat from Spis min Gris and the sustainable fish from Havnens Fiskehus to the fresh vegetables from Morgendagens Grønt and Sommergrønt.
