Another family-recommended restaurant in town
Bjarke Nielsen is the man behind the successful restaurants Gemini, Theo and Michelin Bib Gourmand recommended Norrlyst. He, if anyone, knows how to create success in the restaurant industry and has a fondness for Nordic cuisine and Danish farm products.
Odette is Bjarke's fifth child in the Norrlyst family and like the other sister restaurants, Odette is deeply rooted in sustainable thinking and the Nordic cuisine cooking too - just with a little twist.
Here at Odette the kitchen adds flavors from Italy, the Middle East and Asia. The menu is dogma-free and created on the base that food should be simple and tasty.
Gastronomy with taste
The a la carte menu and Odette's unique tasting menu with 7 courses served over 3 servings offer quality protein and seasonal greens from: Troldgården and Kiselgården.
Be tempted by dishes such as grilled pig's neck with plum bbq, pumpkin ravioli with N'djua and clam sauce, signature bread with herbs and wheat from Kornby Mølle and salted caramel with pear and hazelnut ice cream.
Check out today's menu, which also comes in a vegetarian version.
Two floors of elegance
Odette plays on the charm of the south and is made for both parties and intimate dinner parties between friends, colleagues and family. The room and setting is relaxed with a good atmosphere and attentive and personal service.
The decor is kept in warm orange colors, ocher and dark bottle green with beautiful botanical wallpaper with bunches of grapes. The style is elegant with tall panels, but has also rustic glass and ceramic art in burnt colors.
Make yourself comfortable on the carpentry bench with cushions or the Paris-inspired wicker chair and eat and toast over the wooden table.
