Restaurant Komfur is operated like the two sister restaurants Mellemrum and Ombord - by the three core values: craftsmanship, cosiness and energy.
These values are reflected in the kitchen, the service and in the decor.

At Restaurant Komfur, the forces are used on what they are best at - good food and wine - instead of formal service and fancy presentations. The food follows the brasserie tradition with classic French bistro food prepared by Danish ingredients.
