The founder of Cofoco, Torben Klitbo, has cast his love for the pizza country and adds quality, ecology and new flavor notes to the round classic.
Organic ingredients cover 30-60% of the menu, so eat and pick up take away with a clear conscience. The scent spreads and when you lift the pizza lid, the pizza steams out of love. The filling is made from the finest Italian specialties, local ingredients and baked in stone ovens that are fired with e.g. birch and beech wood.
