A tribute to Italy
"Beviamo" means "let's drink" in Italian and that's for sure an invitation to enjoy yourself in good company. This is exactly what you can expect at Beviamo in Østerbro, which welcomes its guests with warmth and presence.
Behind Beviamo are three Italian owners, of whom it is distinguished as one of the world's most influential sommeliers by Forbes Magazine. They also have Rufino Osteria, which is considered to be one of Copenhagen's best Italian pasta restaurants and are also the owners of the wine import bar Roots, which supplies wine to some of Copenhagen's absolute best Michelin restaurants.
Passion for pasta
Beviamo is particularly passionate about pasta, which is made fresh from scratch. For example, their handmade 'Ravioli with Ricotta Cime di Rapa, marinated egg yolk and fresh truffle'. You can also try other wonderful Italian dishes, such as fresh stracialla and classic Tiramisu.
Common to all dishes is that they are prepared with fresh ingredients in a combination of wonderful Italian flavors.
